Villa Fabulosa's private backyard can be transformed from a sports court into a gorgeous venue for special events, with seating for up to 125 people. The several hundred outdoor lights around the property, and wonderful year-round breezes, turn Villa Fabulosa into a magical wonderland at night. And there's no need to hassle with renting tables, chairs and linens, as Villa Fabulosa will provide these for you at a much reduced rate!
Host private parties when you book the house for at least two nights. An event fee of $750 is charged for up to 50 guests, and $1,500 for parties over 50 guests, which includes a parking attendant. This fee covers the additional wear and tear of the house, parking attendant and additional cleaning required.
If planning a catered event, the catering company must be an approved vendor of Villa Fabulosa. Additional banquet tables, linens and chairs for your events are available at a reduced price compared to other rental companies in the area. Please contact the host to discuss your event.
